The Movement Studio BASIC SERIES is designed for those starting movement practice for the first time or returning after a hiatus. Fiona encourages you to always honour your body – its strengths and limitations as you engage in these videos. Also ensure you have a medium clear space to work in and are wearing suitable clothing and footwear.

Intermediate Series

The Movement Studio INTERMEDIATE SERIES is designed for those with some prior experience in movement. They are designed to be done in a studio setting or large home space and by following the INSTRUCTIONAL video first. Movement and Dance is not ‘shape making’ or to perfectly copy ones instructor. Fiona encourages you to always honour your body – its strengths and limitations.
